Changing Our Relationship with Work
Training Series

Your managers and leaders need to know how to unify and energize themselves and others to create the business outcomes that matter most to your success. Employees need to learn how to access the power, capability and desire to give their best to the organization and to your customers.

The Changing Our Relationship with Work training program shows them how, starting with how to unleash this incremental capability and then guiding them to translate it directly to your most vital business priorities.

This program is experiential - participants will learn how, not just learn about. Participants will learn to:

    •   Activate their heart's resonant electromagnetic power
    •   Create personal and group alignment of Mental, Heart and Body energy fields
    •   Lead processes and initiatives to engage your organization to deliver desired outcomes
    •   Release resistance and redirect trapped energy toward shared objectives

This training series is designed specifically to catalyze and accelerate a Results-based Consulting engagement with GBA to deliver the Desired Outcomes defined by your organization. If preferred, the eight modules are also offered individually, to meet your specific needs.


Program Content

1. Changing Our Relationship with Work

Teaches how to close the gap between intentions and results, how to increase personal engagement and structure work processes which align and unite employees to address the most critical organizational needs. Participants will learn GBA's C.O.R.E™ Process for results transformation and the ALOHA™ Process to activate and direct the heart power and how to sustain access to their most powerful modes of capability and consciousness.

2. Changing Our Relationship with Goals

Shows how to engage teams to define and deliver a set of Desired Outcomes - specific, measurable goals which elevate both results achieved and employees' relationship with themselves, each other and their work. Participants will learn how traditional relationships with goals can create resistance and how to shift this to create an environment of positive change.

3. Changing Our Relationship with Actions

Presents new processes and techniques to more effectively activate goals and to mobilize participants and their co-workers to deliver Desired Outcomes. Participants will learn and role play process for enrolling and engaging others, including creating alignment, commitment and activation of project teams.

4. Changing Our Relationship with Obstacles

Teaches powerful methods to relieve stress and pressure and to transform resistance into the fuel for positive change. Participants will learn how to recognize and disengage from pressure-producing, energy-draining Dissipative Cycles and how to replace them with self-energizing, sustainable Generative Cycles. They will also learn how to deploy specific recovery techniques to manage overwhelm and recover real-time access to higher functionality and power.

5. Changing Our Relationship with Time & Attention

Shows how to bring greater power and capability into present priorities and powerful techniques to recapture energy and attention currently trapped outside of present time, in the past (regret) or future (anxiety). Participants will learn about the root sources of stress, specific methods to improve their ability to respond and how to support others to do so more effectively, for the benefit of all.

6. Changing Our Relationship with Power

This course will explore the source and nature of human power and contrast direct force models to those based on inspired and internally-generated power. Participants will learn how to access and sustain new sources of their own internal power and how to tap into the power of others to create Desired Outcomes.

7. Changing Our Relationship with Ourselves & Others

Provides process and tools to extend levels of power, engagement and alignment created thus far, to even higher levels. Participants will learn how to more effectively align personal strengths and organizational requirements and how to more effectively engage human will to positively transform relationships and structures created with others.

8. Changing Our Relationship with Growth & Sustainability

This final module presents methods to create more sustainable and effective relationships, structures and processes through integrative alignment of personal, organizational and market needs. Participants will learn how to create and extend "upward spirals" of profitable growth and connection, using skills gained in earlier modules to activate and leverage the desires and needs of the whole.
